Attorney Scott Nichol is cum laude graduate of the Thomas M. Cooley Law School he focuses his practice on Estate Planning, Probate Matters, Elder Law, Family Law, Real Estate, Civil Litigation and Criminal Defense. While in Law School he was a student intern at the Sixty Plus Elderlaw Clinic where he assisted senior citizen's from the Ingham, Eaton, and Clinton county areas with a variety of civil legal issues including, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Guardian-Ships and Conservator-Ships, Debt Collection, and Real Estate Issues. Additionally, Scott was involved in litigation competitions as a member of the Moot Court and Mock Trial Organizations.
Scott provides individualized representation to each client to ensure that all their concerns are heard and that every effort is made to help them resolve the issues that brought them into our law office with respect and professionalism.
Also, as a practicing attorney Scott represents parents accused of Child Abuse and Neglect through the Family Court system helping to ensure that their rights are protected and they are offered appropriate services to address the needs of their family so that families can be reunified as often and as quickly as possible.
Scott is passionate about representing the interests of his clients to the fullest extent of the law ensuring that every client's rights are protected.
In Scott's spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife. Tara, and his sons, Mason and Dexter.
